§ 1 Description of services
Novonet B.V. operates a number of websites of erotic nature. The latter are made available to adults for a fee. Depending on the membership area chosen the customer is given access to erotic images, videos, live cams, contact exchanges, erotic stories, etc.
§ 2 Registration
Registration may only be accomplished via the forms provided for this on the internet. Novonet B.V. reserves the right to reject registration applications without citing any reasons or to terminate subscriptions of already active registrations ahead of time.
§ 3 Membership
Novonet B.V. is exclusively interested in establishing long-term customer bonds. The membership areas contain high-quality and exclusive contents that can only be refinanced by long-term oriented club membership.
No one-time accesses or minute-based billing are being offered. On offer are exclusively subscriptions at varying rates. In return, Novonet B.V. obligates itself to regularly update and expand contents (on a daily or weekly basis). For customers who are unsure if they should take out membership trial subscriptions are offered. The latter have an initial shorter duration (2-4 days) and are intended to offer prospective customers insights into the membership area. Out of cost considerations, trial subscriptions offer only limited access to the membership area. If satisfied the customer has the option of expanding his trial subscription into full access even before it expires. In that way the customer will be given unlimited access to the programme on offer. Membership is then renewed to the next billing period applicable to the offer and rates in question. Early expansion of the trial subscription to full access can only be accomplished after the customer's express confirmation within the membership area. If the customer is not satisfied with the offer then he may use the initial duration in order to cancel his membership. Each customer is only entitled to purchase a trial subscription once!
§ 4 Membership conditions
a) Offers are directed exclusively at customers who are of full age and capable of contracting under the laws of their national jurisdiction.
b) The customer is obligated to provide truthful and complete information about himself. Novonet B.V. must be notified immediately of any changes.
c) The customer must obligate himself to keep access data stored confidentially. No passing on to third parties is allowed.
d) The media offered in the membership areas are subject to Novonet B.V.'s copyright. The media may only be used on the home PC during the duration of membership. Swapping, sale or publication of the media is prohibited. At the termination of membership downloaded media must be immediately deleted.
e) The customer must behave properly in chats and contact exchanges. Verbal abuse and insults will not be tolerated and will entail cancellation without advance notice and being banned from the programme. Any eventually unused remainder of the subscription may then no longer be used.
f) Cancellation is required for any customer who no longer wishes to use the membership area. Simply ceasing to pay membership fees or cancelling amounts already debited will not qualify as cancellation.
g) Upon successful registration the customer will be provided with functioning access to the programme he has booked. In case of technical difficulties or disruptions the customer must immediately report this to the provider. Technical disruptions or difficulties in using access do not justify reversal of direct debit of membership fees. Novonet B.V. obligates itself to process all enquiries and trouble reports as soon as possible and to provide the customer with the necessary assistance.
§ 5 Billing
The membership fees may be paid in different ways depending on the customer's home country. Normally payment is made by credit card, telephone bill or giro account. Novonet B.V. commissions outside companies with billing. This therefore requires Novonet B.V. to forward customer and payment data as well as IP and provider data recorded when ordering to the billing companies. Should the customer not pay membership fees with the payment method chosen then extra costs may be incurred for which the customer will then be invoiced (e.g. credit card cancellation, indication of false account data, recall of direct debit, etc). The membership fees are payable in advance. The customer must ensure prior to registering that his account has the required balance to cover payment of the services ordered.
§ 6 Cancellation
Cancellation may be undertaken by email, filling out a web form, fax or snail mail. Immediately upon receipt of cancellation no further extension of membership will be taken out. There is no cancellation notice period. In case of cancellation the customer may continue to use the membership area up through the end of the current billing period. After receipt of cancellation no further credit card or giro account debits will be transacted.

§ 7 Liability
Novonet B.V. is not liable for outage of its services.
§ 8 Severability clause
Lack of legal effect of one or more provisions of these Standard Business Terms will not result in a lack of legal effect of the Standard Business Terms as a whole. In that case such law will be applied as most closely approximates the intention of the parties.
§ 9 Applicable law
Dutch law will be exclusively applicable to all legal relations between Novonet B.V. and its customers.
§ 10 Forum for legal action
The proper forum for all legal action will be in the courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.
